1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded to the user's device (computer, mobile phone or tablet) when accessing certain websites. They allow, among other things, the storage and retrieval of information about browsing habits and the recognition of the user on subsequent visits.

According to the entity that manages them
- First-party cookies: managed directly by ITREM from its own domain.
- Third-party cookies: managed by third parties that provide services to ITREM (for example, Google Analytics).
According to their purpose
- Technical: necessary for the operation of the portal (session, language, cookie consent).
- Analytical: allow the use of the portal to be measured anonymously or in aggregate.
- Personalisation: remember the user's preferences.
3. Cookies used
This portal is currently in the deployment phase. The cookies that will be used once all features are active are listed below. The table will be updated as integrations are added (Google Analytics, forms, bookings).

4. Consent
Technical cookies do not require consent, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSICE). All other cookies (analytical, personalisation, marketing) are only activated after obtaining the express consent of the user through the cookie banner that appears on the first visit to the portal.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time from the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer, or by deleting the cookies from the browser.
